We create and sell exclusive shadow box art — including replica weapons, currency-inspired compositions, and other statement pieces — designed strictly for decorative use only.

3. Product Disclaimer

All our pieces are handmade and intended solely for artistic display.

4. Orders & Payments

All orders are subject to review and availability.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders due to fraud suspicion, payment issues, or stock limitations.

All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments or PayPal.
We do not store or have access to your full card details.
All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.

5. Shipping & Route+ Protection

We process and ship most orders within 1–3 business days.

Once your package is handed to the carrier, it becomes their responsibility during transit.
If your order shows as “Delivered” but was not received, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us — we’ll assist however we can.

Optional Route+ Package Protection

At checkout, you may choose to add Route+ Protection, which provides:

  • Full coverage against loss, theft, or damage

  • Fast and easy claims directly through Route

  • Guaranteed replacement or refund handled by Route

If Route+ is not selected:

  • Standard carrier policies apply

  • Coverage is limited

  • Replacements or refunds are not guaranteed, and outcomes depend on the carrier’s investigation

  • We will still assist you, but final decisions are made by the carrier

(We strongly recommend leaving Route+ enabled for maximum protection.)

6. Customs & International Orders

Before ordering any item that includes replica weapons or currency art, check your local import laws.
We are not responsible for customs delays, duties, or seizures.
If customs returns your order to us, we will refund the product price (excluding shipping and customs fees).

7. Cancellations

To cancel an order, email us at info@derichgallery.com before it ships — usually within a few hours of purchase.
If the order has shipped, you may request a return after delivery.

8. Returns & Refunds

Below is a summary for your convenience:

• Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

• If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will cover return shipping and resolve the issue through a replacement or refund, depending on the situation

• Because our artworks are handmade and produced individually after an order is placed, returns based on personal preference (change of mind, décor changes, or taste) are not accepted once production is completed

• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the item is received and inspected

9. Buy 2 Get 1 Free Promotion — Final Sale

Orders placed under our Buy 2 Get 1 Free promotion are considered Final Sale.
These items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds, except in the case of:

  • Damaged items

  • Defective items

  • Incorrect items shipped

Customers must provide photo/video evidence within 7 days of delivery.
Preference-based returns are not permitted for promotional items.

  • Carrier delays or failed deliveries outside our control

Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product involved.

If we cannot reach an agreement informally, disputes will be handled in Charlotte, North Carolina, under North Carolina law.
