1. Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Some handmade or custom pieces may take slightly longer — if that happens, we’ll notify you right away.
2. Delivery Options
We ship across the United States and worldwide.
Estimated delivery times based on your selected method:

International: 6–12 business days (depending on customs clearance)
3. Free Shipping (If Available)
If you select Free Shipping, delivery may take slightly longer than paid options.
Need it faster? Upgrade to Standard or Express at checkout.
4. Shipping Costs
All shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and selected method.
5. Route+ Shipping Protection & Insurance
Every order is fully insured — 100% of its value.
At checkout, you can enable Route+ Package Protection, which provides the fastest and easiest way to resolve shipping issues.

If Route+ is not selected, we’ll still assist you, but coverage will depend on the carrier’s policy.
If your package is marked “Delivered” but not received:

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or local fees.
These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
We do not control or estimate these costs — please check with your local customs office before ordering.
7. Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping information before checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt:

We can reship it, but additional shipping fees may apply.

If you choose not to reship, we’ll refund the product cost minus original shipping.
8. Order Changes & Cancellations
